What You’ll Do: 1. Project Lead & Ownership Take ownership of procurement data projects (e.g., rate card standardisation, automated freight audit, supplier data harmonisation) Support system rollouts and enhancements from a data and process perspective Lead improvement projects and shape business processes 2. Cross Functional Collaboration Facilitate discussions between business teams and technical departments Clearly communicate requirements, insights, and project progress Support stakeholders in understanding data driven decision making Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement analytics capabilities within the team 3. Process Improvement & Automation Identify inefficiencies in procurement data processes and prioritize and evaluate automated potential Support the team in implementing improved tools and methodologies to enhance data accuracy, speed, and transparency Lead or contribute to digitalisation initiatives, including procurement tool upgrades and system enhancements Define & track KPIs and performance metrics to drive process improvements 4. Data Analysis & Actionable Insights Gather and consolidate operational data from internal systems and other sources Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for Operations and Supply Chain Teams 5.
