The role offers a highly incentivized, performance-based compensation package with potential for six-figure earnings. Remote, field-based position requiring local travel. What You Will Do Educate and train current dealer partners in the assigned area and acquire new sources and contacts. Manage and consult in all sales activities and account development for dealers within the assigned area. Ensure quality and consistency of product and service delivery; grow and maintain dealer partnerships. Operate in a fast-paced environment with a consultative sales and management approach. Manage your own dealer base and develop knowledge of the Westlake Program to drive growth and success. Work full-time in the field with travel in the local market; participate in training and career advancement opportunities. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (required). 1–2 years of prior sales experience with a proven track record. College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience). Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques; strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology. Goal-oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement; ability to work with diverse teams. Knowledge/experience with DealerTrack, RouteOne, or CUDL (beneficial). Previous outside sales experience (preferred). Ability to travel locally with a valid state driver’s license. Benefits & Pay Self-determined, performance-based compensation package. First-year guaranteed minimum income starting at $5,000 monthly + performance-based commissions; thereafter, monthly base of $1,000 plus commissions. Average earnings and ranges cited: approximately $160,000 (typical), with top performer earnings higher. Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement (average about $450). No limit on commissions.
