Job Summary and Qualifications

Operates radiological equipment in order to produce clinical diagnostic x-ray images upon the written order of a physician following established standards and policies.

This Position May Be Eligible for a Sign-On-Bonus

What qualifications you will need:

  • Must be a graduate of an AMA accredited program with a certificate or degree in Radiographic Technology. 
  • Should adhere to ARRT guidelines of obtaining 24 continuing education credits bi-annually. 
  • Must be ARRT Registered with ARRT – RT(R) or Registry eligible (must be registered within one year of completing program).
  • BCLS Required. 
  • Two years of experience as RT(R) preferred. Will consider graduates. 
  • On Call Required and must have the ability to report to LSMC within 30 minutes of call back.

Medical City Fort Worth serves as a tertiary referral center for Tarrant County and many counties within a 90 mile radius. We offer comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services. Our specialties include cardiac care, neurosciences and oncology. We have surgical services, orthopedics, kidney transplants and emergency care. We offer three ER locations, including two off campus ER’s located in Burleson and White Settlement. Medical City Fort Worth is a designated comprehensive stroke center. We are a Joint Commission chest pain center. We are a part of the Medical City network of hospitals.
