Key Responsibilities Provide strong, hands‑on leadership to a team of account executives, driving consistent quota attainment and revenue growth across assigned territories. Establish a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement through personalized coaching, ongoing training, and strategic guidance. Monitor pipeline health, sales activity, and deal progression to ensure timely execution and accurate forecasting. Support reps in closing complex, high‑value opportunities and serve as a senior escalation point for customer needs. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, customer success, and solutions engineering teams to optimize the sales process and maximize customer satisfaction. Champion CRM best practices, leveraging tools and analytics to drive insight‑based decision‑making. Partner with senior leadership to align regional strategies with company goals and market expansion efforts. Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of successful leadership experience in technology sales, ideally within managed services, telecom, cloud, or unified communications. Proven track record of coaching high‑performing sales teams and driving revenue growth in fast‑paced, consultative environments. Strong grasp of B2B sales methodologies, pipeline development, and customer relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring and team development. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools; ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
