This individual will build relationships with major contractors, architectural firms, and engineering partners to influence specifications and secure our products as the preferred choice for critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate thrives in complex sales environments, understands the construction ecosystem, and can engage senior decision makers to drive strategic outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to grow market share within the data center segment. Build partnerships with national and multinational contractors, architects, and engineers. Position our solutions as the basis of design for targeted projects. Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts using CRM tools. Lead AIA and continuing education initiatives to strengthen industry engagement. Collaborate across internal teams to align efforts and share insights. Present and negotiate at executive levels to close high-value opportunities. Consistently meet or exceed sales and specification goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). 10+ years in strategic sales, channel development, or business development within construction or related industries; experience with data center projects is highly desirable. Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and building executive-level relationships. Strong knowledge of building materials and specification processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a competitive market.
