Learn more at www.turing.comAbout the RoleWe are seeking a visionary Vice President of Product Marketing to shape how frontier AI research and advanced technology become market-ready solutions. This leader will define go-to-market strategy, translate complex innovations into clear narratives, and ensure our positioning differentiates us in a competitive market. With proven experience driving adoption of AI platforms and cloud services at scale, the VP of Product Marketing will partner closely with R&D, Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to accelerate growth and category leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate Frontier Research Into Market-Ready ValueTurn technical breakthroughs into compelling positioning, messaging, and narratives that resonate with enterprise, mid-market, and developer audiences to differentiate Turing in the AI market.Elevate company positioning from niche to market leadership, as demonstrated through analyst recognition.Align Product and GTM StrategyLead go-to-market strategy for launches, pricing, and packaging, ensuring the right story lands with the right audience at the right time.Build repeatable launch processes that generate steady momentum and capture developer and enterprise mindshare.Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver onboarding curricula, competitive battle cards, and demos that boost field effectiveness.Inform Product Development With Market InsightServe as the voice of the customer, bringing insights from buyers, competitors, and analysts to influence product roadmaps.Develop customer advocacy programs, enabling marquee brands to showcase use cases and adoption.Leverage deep market analysis to expand category leadership and drive thought leadership in AI, ML, and developer tooling.Team & Organizational LeadershipBuild and scale a high-performing global product marketing team with expertise in GTM campaigns, content, field enablement, and customer marketing.Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure success, including adoption, conversion, and customer engagement.Inspire cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Product, Sales, and Marketing.Qualifications10+ years of experience in product marketing, including executive leadership roles at AI, SaaS, or cloud technology companies.Proven record of launching and scaling products.Expertise in messaging, GTM strategy, and market category creation.Track record of growing user adoption, revenue, and awareness for cutting-edge AI and ML solutions.Recognized speaker and thought leader at global conferences (AWS re:Invent, re:MARS, industry forums).Strong leadership skills, with experience managing large marketing teams and cross-functional alignment.MBA or advanced degree preferred; technical foundation in computer science or engineering a strong plus.ValuesWe are client first: We put our clients at the center of everything we do, because their success is the ultimate measure of our value.We work at Start-Up Speed: We move fast, stay agile and favor action because momentum is the foundation of perfectionWe are AI forward: We help our clients build the future of AI and implement it in our own roles and workflow to amplify productivity.Advantages of joining TuringAmazing work culture (super collaborative and supportive environment)Awesome colleagues (top talent from Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and deep startup experience)Competitive compensationDon’t meet every single requirement?
