Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assist in developing care plans
- Conduct triage assessments to determine patient needs and prioritize care
- Assist with IV insertions and monitor intravenous therapy
- Provide wound care, including dressing changes and management of dermal fillers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care in various settings such as nursing homes, hospitals, and internal medicine clinics
- Offer infectious disease care and implement infection control measures
- Utilize durable medical equipment (DME) effectively to support patient needs

Requirements:
-Active New York State LPN License
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Experience in hospital medicine, including triage and emergency care
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact compassionately with patients and families
- Knowledge of IV insertion techniques and maintenance

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
