We are growing and looking for a talented, motivated Architect to join our in-house team at our Glenbrook, NV office. Overview The In-House Architect will be a key member of our development team leading project design, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring architectural excellence across all stages of development. The ideal candidate is passionate about community-focused design, has strong technical and design skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead the architectural design process from concept through construction. Develop design drawings, renderings, and construction documents. Collaborate closely with the development, construction, and planning teams. Ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, and environmental standards. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and local agencies. Support entitlement and permitting efforts. Contribute creative solutions to design challenges specific to the Tahoe region. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect in California preferred. 5+ years of architectural experience, ideally in residential, multifamily, or mixed-use development. Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design principles. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or other relevant design software.
