Title: Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer Location: 100% Remote Company: Myticas Consulting Contract: 1 Year (possible extension), W2 contract only, must be US citizen. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and operationalize reusable platform components for business products. Develop and enforce Salesforce security model configurations. Implement integration patterns and create APIs/abstractions for platform services. Participate in solution design discussions, provide work effort estimates, and present solutions. Provide Tier 3 support for platform services, resolve configuration defects. Evaluate new Salesforce releases and assess impacts. Develop automation for deployments to reduce manual processes. Draft and maintain solution documentation for components, integrations, and use patterns. Provide training, coaching, and support to teams on Salesforce platform. Requirements 5+ years of direct work‑related experience in Salesforce platform. Hands‑on experience with Salesforce security, integration patterns, Flow optimization, and overall platform delivery. Experience with custom objects, dashboards, workflows, triggers, and automation. Familiarity with Salesforce screen flow and login flow. Experience creating integrations/connectors between Salesforce and external systems. Knowledge of data center, cloud, and SaaS environments. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab) and scripting languages (PowerShell or shell). Preferred platform certification, SAFe experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
