Core Responsibilities: Strategic Business Expansion: Demonstrate business acumen, previous track record, and intellectual rigor necessary to support the execution of an expansion‑based vision. Translate the vision and mission of the organization into actionable, quantitative execution. Cultural Awareness: Possess the maturity and political sense to support recommendations for adopting best practices internally. Be savvy and pragmatic about how to facilitate prime culture in a dynamic and unconventional atmosphere. Team Participation: Exhibit strong leadership and team participation skills. Forge diverse relationships with people of multiple perspectives and talents. Engage with the team through enthusiasm and excitement about the business. Accept delegated assignments and hold self accountable for results or lack thereof. Talent Recruitment: Directly and indirectly execute successful recruitment strategies to attract top‑tier candidates. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other avenues. Understand what motivates different people. Performance‑Based Culture: Bring a work history grounded in creative thinking surrounding "performance‑based teams". Look for ways to facilitate team efficiencies and productivity while establishing prime culture. Inspiring Others: Skillfully get individuals, teams, and an entire organization to embrace recommended change; communicate a compelling vision and commit to what needs to be done; inspire others. Driving Results: Convey a sense of urgency and drive issues to closure. Leverage own experiences and apply best practices as catalysts for improving the organization. Must Haves: Substantive experience with business expansion and branding. Minimum of 3+ years in a Director of Operations, COO, or Chief of Staff position. Experience providing direct leadership to teams. Proficiency in business tools like CRMs, PM software, Google Workspace, and automation platforms. Nice‑to‑Haves: Experience in concierge medicine. Tech‑savvy, with a natural interest in AI, automation, and system optimization. Background in working with founder‑led businesses. Experience supporting a visionary CEO or high‑autonomy founder.
