Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be the heart of growth, retention and customer satisfaction with Our Digital Solutions. You have excellent consulting skills, as the role requires elements of sales, project implementation and delivery, education and customer retention. You have a passion for fitness, digital technology and wellness and are achievement-driven, a strong team-player, a professional with exceptional customer-relationship skills. As the role involves a high degree of travel, you should expect some overnight trips and should be independent and well-organized.
Responsibilities:
  • Support Field Sales in pre-sales activities, providing product training to the sales force on the subject of our Wellness Network products and services
  • Define a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions to regardless of whether there is an equipment opportunity
  • Take care of customer education and activation in terms of e-learning, live education and tutoring, to guarantee the highest usage of MyWellness platform and to maximize active users
  • Build best practices based on successful real customer case histories to demonstrate the value of our digital solutions on the market
  • Provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management
  • Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years' relevant experience in the Digital Sales field
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Experience in Project Management - methodologies and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication techniques and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of CRM management
  • Knowledge of consultation-based selling techniques
  • Long-term customer relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of sales operations (field sales and inside sales): scheduling, sales activities planning, pipeline management
  • Knowledge of customer experience: analysis and deployment of processes and projects
