Responsibilities Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals Collaborate with peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing solutions to issues Be a passionate guest advocate and bring authenticity to your interactions Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need Create personal connections with guests to make technology simple Foster a competitive drive and succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment Assist with merchandising and operational functions What We Offer Paid training Premium health, dental, and vision insurance Paid maternity leave 401(k) match Tuition reimbursement 50% off Verizon service VNation disaster relief Referral bonus Frequent contests Career advancement opportunities Additional benefits subject to plan documents and policies We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate and uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Minimum requirements for paid sick leave are provided under applicable state law. Qualifications High school diploma or GED One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods At least 18 years of age Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions Legally authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements Ability to lift 10 pounds Ability to stand for long periods of time Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
