Our objective is to enhance efficiencies through improved data, AI, and system upgrades. Through this, we have driven millions in incremental pipeline, saved our sales teams tens of thousands of hours, and autonomously onboarded new customers. We bridge the gap between the business, tech, and best‑in‑class technology and data. What You'll Do Global Tool Launch & Change Management (40%) Lead the end‑to‑end global technical program for the launch and implementation of a new sales engagement platform, including technical readiness, data migration strategy, integration development, and deployment across all sales territories. Partner directly with Engineering and Sales Operations to manage technical timelines, solve complex integration hurdles, and ensure system scalability and performance globally. Define, track, and report on key metrics and usage patterns post‑launch to monitor the platform’s health, measure adoption success, and identify optimization opportunities. Program & Product Strategy & Optimization (35%) Identify strategic opportunities to better leverage existing sales outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) to maximize ROI and sales effectiveness. Collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement team to translate identified tool leverage opportunities into cohesive adoption strategies, training plans, and measurement frameworks. Serve as the product manager for key GTM tools within the Outreach & Automation Pod, developing a clear, data‑driven product roadmap and vision based on business objectives and user pain points. Translate complex business gaps and objectives into well‑defined, actionable technical requirements and solutions for the engineering team. Lead programs focused on integrating and standardizing diverse data sources (e.g., CRM data, engagement data, firmographic data) to provide a unified, reliable view for automation and content surfacing tools. Execution & Delivery (25%) Partner closely with Sales/Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive successful project delivery. Proactively communicate program status, risks, and performance metrics to executive stakeholders and core team members, anticipating potential blocks and delays. Utilize best‑practice project management methodologies to oversee the full lifecycle of complex technical programs—from ideation and requirements gathering to deployment, change management, and post‑launch optimization. Establish clear KPIs and OKRs for all owned products and programs, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Strong familiarity with the GTM sales technology ecosystem and proven experience working with tools such as Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc. Demonstrated ability to apply a product management mindset to program execution, prioritizing features, defining user stories, and iterating based on business impact. Highly skilled at bridging technical and non‑technical teams, translating constraints and possibilities into clear business implications. Proven success in a matrixed environment, driving alignment and achieving results across multiple functions.
