Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and engineer highly customized HVAC systems for large commercial applications, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and energy-efficient solutions.
  • Provide technical support to production lines, ensuring smooth manufacturing of custom HVAC units.
  • Develop and refine future HVAC systems, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and performance optimization.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
  • Conduct on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex HVAC installations.
  • Conduct detailed analyses and simulations to optimize HVAC performance
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery
  • Review, prepare, and approve technical documentation, including design specifications and reports
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in HVAC and renewable energy
  • Maintain, update, and communicate project timelines and deliverables with technical and production teams as well as clients.


Required Qualifications:

  • ABET-Accredited Engineering Degree.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of mechanical systems design
  • 2+ years experience with mechanical HVAC systems
  • Basic knowledge of ASHRAE and AHRI Standards.
  • Proficiency in refrigeration selection software + Solidworks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to attend team meetings, onsite inspections/visits, fieldwork, and perform administrative duties.
