Overview Project Manager We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our multidisciplinary teams across diverse sectors including convenience, grocery, industrial, multi-family, restaurant, retail and senior living. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project management plans: define requirements, work breakdown structures, roles & responsibilities, communication plans, schedules and budgets. Serve as the primary client interface: manage expectations and nurture strong client relationships. Collaborate with architects, engineers and consultants to establish project budgets and schedules. Drive project delivery: ensure milestones and deliverables meet scope, schedule and budget targets. Provide financial performance updates and analytics to leadership (CFO, Principals, project teams). Manage change control processes: document out-of-scope work and support additional services. Negotiate with key stakeholders (architects, engineers, officials) in partnership with senior leadership. Lead and mentor project team members; oversee daily team management. Handle all aspects of invoicing: produce monthly billings and projections. Continuously improve processes through analysis and performance reviews. Gain expertise across project types: convenience, grocery, industrial, multi-family, restaurant, retail, senior living. Requirements BS/BA in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of industry experience, with 3-5 + years in project management. Outstanding communication, budgeting and client management skills. Strong organizational, time-management and interpersonal capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Can-do attitude: confident, adaptable, dedicated, with strong ownership and integrity.
