Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth sales operations through order management, logistics coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for operational excellence in a fast-paced CPG environment. Key Responsibilities Order Management: Process sales orders, manage order status, and issue order confirmations across retail, e-commerce, and distributor channels. Inventory Coordination: Monitor inventory levels, collaborate with merchandising, and assist in demand planning and forecasting. Shipping & Logistics: Book and route shipments, coordinate with warehouses and carriers, track deliveries, and ensure compliance with retailer routing guides. Retail & Channel Support: Support execution of trade promotions and seasonal programs; ensure timely delivery and accuracy of promotional orders. Data & Reporting: Generate reports and analyze sales and POS data to support wholesale growth and provide actionable insights. Cross-functional Communication: Liaise with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance), external vendors, and customer accounts. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve order, inventory and shipping issues. System Maintenance: Ensure accurate data entry and upkeep of ERP and order management systems. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in wholesale, customer service, or sales operations, preferably in a CPG environment. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or Dynamics Business Central. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and insights using POS or syndicated data. Familiarity with wholesale order management and/or EDI systems is a plus. We will Provide the opportunity to grow and develop your career.
