Join Vonage and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide Why this role matters: The Senior Director of Corporate Communications serves as the strategic architect of Vonage’s global communications strategy, driving efforts that strengthen brand reputation, elevate executive visibility, and position the company as a market leader. In this role, you will build and lead a world‑class communications function, spanning public relations and internal communications to deliver a cohesive and influential narrative across audiences. Your key responsibilities: Build and oversee an agency infrastructure for public relations, to expand the brand globally and amplify the brand in existing geos Establish and nurture relationships with tier 1 media – mainstream, business, and trade – and secure high‑impact coverage to position the company as a market leader Drive a steady drumbeat of external communications, tied to the strategic marketing calendar, including media bylines and press releases Ensure a strategic approach to press releases, identifying high‑impact announcements and driving proactive outreach to ensure coverage Lead internal communications, to ensure employees are engaged, informed, and aligned with company priorities Track and analyze media coverage and competitor market movements Build and lead a high‑performance corporate communications team What you’ll bring: Required: 10+ years experience in corporate communications Existing relationships and proven success managing media relations with tier 1 media Experience leading analyst relations programs and influencing positioning Deep experience in executive communications, leading programs, projects and deliverables for CEO and C‑Suite leaders Superior writing, editing and oral communication skills and ability to translate complex information into clear and effective messaging Proven experience in influencing and partnering with cross‑functional teams of writers, video producers, and subject matter experts What we consider a plus: Passionate about technology, intellectually curious, and willing to experiment with new platforms to reach our audiences Experience with communications in B2B SaaS environments Where you will work: We are open to considering fully remote candidates located within the United States.
