We are seeking Advanced Practice Providers for Complex Care Lee Health is a nonprofit organization with more than 17,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,200 employed primary‑care and specialty‑care providers with multiple practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has four acute‑care hospitals and one specialty hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital beds. Position Information Lee Physician Group is looking for Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (APRNs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our busy Complex Care practice in Fort Myers. New graduates with a strong inpatient background or experienced providers are welcome to apply. This role will see a variety of patients, including follow‑up hospital and emergency‑room discharges. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of inpatient medicine. Practice Details Strong clinical support using team‑based care. EPIC EHR and Dragon Dictation for both inpatient and outpatient settings. No call. Transitional care emphasis. 40‑hour work week with varying schedule options; may need to work weekends. Must have graduated from an accredited program and be able to obtain a Florida license. Florida DEA and BLS certifications also required.
