Cardiothoracic Surgery Office Advanced Provider II (APRN/PA) Join our elite Cardiothoracic Surgery Team at the Shipley Cardiothoracic Surgery Center in Lee Memorial Hospital, Florida. Position Information Location: Shipley Cardiothoracic Surgery Center Schedule: Monday through Friday scheduled procedures; on‑call nights and weekends on rotation Systems: EPIC EHR and Dragon dictation (inpatient and outpatient) Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current, active certification Experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery BLS required; ACLS required as identified for specialty area Physician Assistant License required in Florida; Board‑Certified PA Must meet credentialing requirements established by LMHS Medical Staff Services; strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and basic computer skills Benefit Highlights Comprehensive benefits package (full‑time position) 403(b) retirement plan with matching Malpractice and tail coverage provided PTO and CME days Salary Range: $30,000 – $50,000 per year Location: Fort Myers, FL – beautiful beaches, year‑round warm weather, no state income tax, and convenient access to Southwest Florida International Airport.
