Account Manager
If you have strong customer service skills in digital printing or mailing services and are seeking a new opportunity, then dont miss this Account Manager role in Concord, NH Youll ensure a positive order experience for your assigned customers in this excellent full-time role.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager
- Serve as primary contact for customers
- Review estimates, enter orders in system, and draft invoices for accounting
- Work with Production Manager as needed to set job schedules and purchase materials
- Obtain signoffs on proofs from customers and provide updates on orders
- Serve as internal liaison for approving job output throughout production process
- Perform quality checks
- Mentor new hires
- Work with leadership team on identifying process improvement
- Perform additional tasks and projects as required
Qualifications of the Account Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a digital printing professional or mailing environment
- Pre-flight/Prepress experience helpful
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and align operations and sales processes to achieve business results
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and resourcefully with minimal oversight
- Demonstrated experience in developing strong working relationships with internal and external customers
