Job Summary:
A private practice in Thousand Oaks, California is searching for BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician with an Ultrasound Fellowship/training to join their friendly staff.Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABOEM).
- Must be able to demonstrate active practice in an ED reflective of the privileges requested, successful completion of a hospital-affiliated accredited residency, special clinical fellowship, or research within the past twelve (12) months.
- Training in focused ultrasound must also be documented for applicable privileges
Incentives:
Full-Time (1099)
- $280.00 per hour Day Rate
- $290.00 per hour Night Rate
- $25.00 per hour - Additional Overnight Compensation if Provider works 5 shifts or more overnight shifts. Additional overnight rate applies to ALL overnight shifts within the month, once they hit the 5th overnight shift. ($315.00/hr) NOT APPLICABLE TO THE NIGHT SHIFT
- $15.00 per hour Production Premium Pay if Provider is one of the top three (3) Physicians based on metrics, etc.
- Scribes are optional: LESS $15.00 per hour
- Independent Contractor Status/1099
- Professional liability insurance with tail coverage

- The only Emergency room in both Los Angeles and Ventura Counties with the coveted EDAP (Emergency Department Approved for Pediatrics) rating
- A 12-bed Pediatric Unit composed of 8 traditional pediatric beds and 4 pediatric intermediate medical care beds, providing specialized care for pediatric patients through age 17.
