As a key technical leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems for large‑scale building projects.Lead the design and implementation of complex ELV systems, including building automation, fire alarm, security, telecommunications, and audio‑visual systemsManage and mentor a team of ELV engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring project successDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocationsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless integration of ELV systemsReview and approve technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reportsEnsure compliance with local and international building codes and standardsConduct site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements and constraintsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in ELV systemsStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in ELV systemsParticipate in business development activities and contribute to proposal preparationWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Communication Engineering or a related fieldProfessional Engineering (PE) license preferred10+ years of experience in ELV systems engineering, with a proven track record of successful large‑scale projectsStrong expertise in building automation, fire alarm, security, telecommunications, and audio‑visual systemsProficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software, and experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead and mentor engineering teamsIn‑depth knowledge of relevant building codes and standardsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholdersRelevant certifications such as RCDD, CTS, or NICET are highly desirableWillingness to travel to project sites as neededFluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
