As a Sales and Service Director at Monro Muffler Brake, you'll be responsible for leading our sales and service teams to achieve exceptional results. You'll work closely with our sales and technical teams to develop strategies that drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and train a team of technical professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Managers.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed company goals.
  • Ensure sales goals are achieved by assisting in the development and implementation of sales plans.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
  • Proven ability to manage, drive, and deliver financial results while controlling costs.
  • Able to influence and motivate a team to achieve set goals and objectives.
