Responsibilities Responsibilities: Work within a team and independently to build composite structure details and assemblies using carbon and other composite materials Work to instructions from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements, and established processes and procedures, to assure the timely delivery of quality products to the customer Perform multi-tasking and multi-machine operation where applicable Work on platforms up to ten feet above the ground Work in confined spaces Work over head Work within a team environment Proficient use of technology i.e. computer, phones, laser projection, digital vacuum gauges Use hand pressure and small tools to form and contour lay-up Ability to use tools such as scissors, knives, pushing tools, markers, and other small tools Maintain a clean working environment and clean as you go Qualifications Required: Willing and able to work any shift, including alternative work weeks and some weekends Pass the WorkKeys Assessment () or provide verification that they have passed the WorkKeys Assessment.
