Rally House is looking for a Team Sales Lead who is ready to energize the floor, coach teammates, and make the store feel like game day every day.ResponsibilitiesStaffing: shift management, leading othersCustomer service: ensuring the customer remains the top priorityDelivery of results: inventory control, selling strategiesMerchandising: meets Rally House visual standards; floor moves and merchandising; organizing, game-planning and executionSkills and KnowledgeAbility to lead others and communicate clearly and confidentlyDetail oriented with an enthusiastic attitudeFunctional skills to use basic digital devices and online applicationsGrowth mindset and outgoing personalityQualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age1–2 years of retail experience; training and coaching experience preferredAvailability to work 10 to 20 hours per week, with daytime, evenings, weekends, holidays, and local sports events openSeeking a long-term position with opportunity to advance in store leadership and operationsPhysical requirements: ability to stand/walk, talk/hear, use hands, reach with arms, differentiate colors; regularly stoop, kneel, bend, crouch; lift up to 50 poundsHourly range: $15.00 - $17.00Employment detailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Part-timeJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
