Certificate of Insurance: Administer the company’s certificate of insurance program, maintaining compliance and accuracy in all related documentation.


Policy Collaboration: Partner with policy owners to keep company policies current and aligned with regulatory and operational needs.


Risk Analysis & Legal Support: Assist in conducting risk analysis and provide legal support as needed, contributing to the company’s strategic goals.



Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in legal and insurance fields, with prior paralegal experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution. Certification in Paralegal, Risk Management, or Insurance Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to effectively perform the job’s essential duties. Must be proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Oracle. Detail-oriented and self-motivated with excellent analytical skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to stand, sit, move, and use fingers for extended periods. May involve walking on level surfaces, reaching above shoulder height and below the waist, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
