About Us: Leading manufacturer of box fans, committed to delivering high-quality products to the customers. 

Responsibilities:
    Inspect and identify fans that were not assembled correctly on the production line.
    Follow established procedures and instructions to rework and repair the identified fans.
    Use hand tools and equipment to disassemble, replace faulty components, and reassemble fans to meet quality standards.
    Test reworked fans to ensure they are functioning properly and meet performance requirements.
    Keep detailed records of rework activities, including the number of fans reworked and any issues encountered during the process.
    Collaborate with production line supervisors and quality control team to address recurring assembly issues and suggest process improvements.
    Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
    Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing rework activities.
    Follow company policies and procedures related to quality control and rework processes.

Requirements:
    Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred.
    Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and troubleshoot assembly issues.
    Basic mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand tools for disassembly and reassembly.
    Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
    Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
