This role presents an exceptional opportunity to shape how students learn, build, and grow with AWS while creating lasting connections within the broader developer community.As the People Manager for Student Programs & Community, you'll work at the intersection of developer education, community building, and technical advocacy. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
