Marketing AssistantWho we are Looking For:We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and detail oriented marketing assistant to help manage and develop current marketing processes as well as take sales phone calls.About Us:We are a fast growing Manual Therapy clinic in The Woodlands, Tx. We are NOT your typical therapy practice, running from treatment room to treatment room. We have a full gym at our disposal and trainers to transition our graduated clients to for the continuum of care. We schedule 1 hour with each patient giving us time to do manual therapy, rehab and strength training. We do this because we believe this is the model for true patient-centered care. Marketing Assistant Job Responsibilities:Provide support to marketing department.Document & Execute marketing strategy.Work with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.Develop and execute marketing campaigns.Write and create industry specific blogs (Physical Therapy/ Health and Wellness)Create reports on marketing performance.Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.Assist with social media and website content when necessaryOrganize and manage marketing collateral.Track ROI on marketing materials Sales Phone CallsBenefits:Marketing Assistant Qualifications/Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of organization and attention to detailComfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environmentUnderstanding of basic business and marketing conceptsExcellent time management skillsStrong interpersonal and social abilitiesAbility to spot emerging trendsFamiliarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search enginesDemonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong writing and copy-editing abilitiesExperience with Infusionsoft or other CRM - Required Education and Experience Requirements:High School diploma or GED certificate1-3 years experience in marketing or equivalent educationAssociate or bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest)Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plusDigital photography and video editing experience a plus
