Compensation and Schedule: Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Profit Bonus eligibility Schedule: Full‑Time in office 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (40+ hours per week) Reports To: Team Leader Position Summary: The Operational MVP & Strategic Partner The Director of Operations (DOO) is a high‑level executive responsible for the operational discipline, cultural integrity, and structural profitability of the Market Center. This role requires a unique combination of extreme detail orientation and high relational EQ to partner effectively with the Team Leader. The ideal candidate is a polished, assertive leader who sees the big picture, consistently takes charge of organizational systems, and ensures the Market Center maintains unreasonable hospitality while remaining fiscally accountable. 1. Leadership, Accountability, and Fiduciary Oversight Executive Authority & Accountability: You will take charge of the entire staff team, acting as the operational authority to set performance expectations, lead staff meetings, and enforce standards. You are the “boss” who holds everyone accountable to the organizational plan. Financial & Budgetary Discipline: Work closely with the Market Center Administrator (MCA) to monitor profitability and ensure operational spending is aligned with the budget. You are responsible for enforcing budgetary standards and optimizing resources. Conflict & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary operational decision‑maker, quickly resolving staff conflicts and system failures, maintaining a stable and chaos‑free environment. 2. Cultural & Agent Experience Leadership Unreasonable Hospitality: Design and enforce systems that create a “WOW” experience for agents, vendors, and guests, embodying a spirit of unreasonable hospitality while simultaneously protecting profitability. Agent and Employee Onboarding: OWN the entire operational onboarding process for new agents and new employees, ensuring a flawless, structured, and culturally immersive introduction to the Market Center. Business Consulting: Proactively help agents run their business like a business by leading consultations and training focused on organizational systems, budgeting, and team structures. 3. Strategic Systems & Revenue Generation Systems Architecture: You will lead, write, and finalize the Market Center’s comprehensive Standards Manual and all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Revenue & Service Expansion: Act as a strategic partner to the Team Leader to identify, vet, and implement new agent service offerings designed to increase Market Center revenue. Vendor Program Ownership: You will own the creation, management, compliance, and expansion of the vendor partner program, ensuring a professional, high‑value experience and serving as the primary liaison. Compliance & Audit: Build and implement mandatory audit systems to verify the integrity of all agent files, agreements, and compliance paperwork, proactively eliminating organizational risk. 4. Facilities & Project Management Building Maintenance & Operations: Oversee all aspects of building maintenance, ensuring a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for agents, staff, and guests. This includes managing vendor relationships for repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep. Project Management: Lead and manage various projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This includes developing project plans, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress. Required Knowledge and Skillset Experience: Proven track record in operations management, project leadership, financial oversight, or executive support in a fast‑paced business environment. Mindset: Impeccable attention to detail; excels in a learning‑based environment; highly organized and “put together”; views chaos as an unacceptable failure. Competencies: High Relational EQ and Polished Presence, strong verbal and written communication, expert‑level proficiency in systems design, and project/event planning mastery. Must be proficient in Google Workspace and leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) like Gemini and ChatGPT for operational efficiency. Will be trained on the KW Operating System (CommandMC).
