Job Summary Drive excellence behind the scenes As the Assistant Director of Operations of Concessions, you will support operational leadership and collaborate with departments to ensure seamless execution of events, services, and experiences. You will help lead teams, manage logistics, and implement strategic initiatives to exceed guest and client expectations. Key Responsibilities:Support the Director of Operations in managing day-to-day concessions operationsCoordinate event logistics and oversee operational executionLead, train, and develop supervisory and hourly staffEnsure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standardsLiaise with culinary, premium, and guest services teamsAnalyze and improve operational workflows and financial performanceQualifications:Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field5-7 +years of experience in premium foodservice, venue, or event operations. Concessions experience is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems (e.g., POS, inventory software)Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidaysCurious about Life at Levy?
