This role contributes to annual pay and incentive planning, conducts market pricing and job evaluations, and partners with HR to ensure internal equity. Additionally, the analyst helps implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the day-to-day administration of compensation plans and policy documentation.Completes third-party market and salary survey submissions; manages internal survey library.Analyzes internal and external salary and wage data, completes job evaluations, and recommends grade levels and job titles in accordance with established company structure and guidelines. Consults with and communicates results to HR Business Partners.Completes total compensation and base pay increase proposal reviews to ensure alignment with company policies, guidelines, internal and external competitiveness, and to ensure compliance with applicable legal and fiscal regulations. Consults with and communicates results to HR Business Partners.Participates in the annual pay planning processes, including communications and coordinating with the HR Business Partners.Assesses market budget and range movement data and develops annual range structure movement recommendations to ensure the desired competitive market position is maintained.Calculates annual variable pay awards in accordance with established plans (cash incentives, stock plans, etc.).Prepares and maintains company-wide job description records; develops and maintains job description reference library.Provides input into the design of new programs; develops associated policy and procedures documentation, and other supporting communications.All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without noticeRequirementsBachelor's degree required (Human Resources or Business Management preferred).Requires 5+ years of prior compensation analytics and support experience.Attainment of work toward a professional compensation certification (CCP) is preferred.Prior compensation experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.Working knowledge of Department of Labor Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other Human Resources regulations is a plus.Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience with HRIS technology platforms (SAP preferred), as well as database maintenance, are a plus.Requires strong mathematical, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; must be highly detail-oriented.Strong written and verbal skills are essential; must possess the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely.Must be capable of multi-tasking and working independently as well as in a team environment.Requires strong organizational, project, and time management skills.Salary: $80,000 - $97,000 annually.
