Summary As a Full Cycle Partner Development Manager, you are responsible for driving ChoiceLocal’s business growth by managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. In this role, you will introduce and position ChoiceLocal’s award-winning digital marketing services—including SEO, paid search, social media, website development, email nurture, SMS, and more—to potential clients/partners in the SMB sector. Outreach will take place through cold and “lukewarm” channels (telephone, email, and LinkedIn), and responsibilities include scheduling appointments, conducting discovery meetings, leading strategy sessions, and closing business deals. You will build and curate lead lists, nurture relationships, and ensure a seamless handover to the internal Operations team to deliver measurable marketing results for our partners. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and a passion for advocating ChoiceLocal’s proven value proposition: helping small businesses grow profitably through best-in‑class digital marketing. Mandatory Job Responsibilities Drive outbound outreach to SMB owners and decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and position ChoiceLocal as the preferred digital marketing partner. Build and curate lead lists based on ChoiceLocal’s needs to expand the client/partner network. Secure and schedule appointments with potential clients/partners, ensuring they are well‑prepared and pre‑sold on the benefits of partnering with ChoiceLocal. Lead discovery and strategy sessions, delivering compelling, customized presentations that demonstrate the value of ChoiceLocal’s services (SEO, PPC, email nurture, social media, website development, SMS, etc.) in accelerating business growth. Diligently follow up on the sales pipeline to convert prospects into closed deals. Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions, fostering trust and enthusiasm in ChoiceLocal’s capabilities and offerings. Collaborate with the VP, Partner Development to nurture relationships within approved SMB Segments and maintain a positive brand image. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, appointments booked, and sales data in CRM systems to support performance analysis and strategy refinement. Participate in best practice meetings, sales summits, and training sessions, bringing passion, energy, and creative thinking to the role. Serve as a role model leader by monitoring team morale, encouraging feedback, and providing hands‑on assistance to foster a collaborative environment. Requirements 4+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of successful outreach and appointment booking. 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing sales position. Strong knowledge of the SMB sector is required. Franchise sales experience is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for lead tracking and management. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for achieving targets and contributing to company growth.
