Senior Financial Analyst NavSav Insurance About The Job We are an independent insurance agency growing over 80 locations. We need a passionate, hard‑working Financial Analyst to join our corporate finance team in a fast‑paced environment focused on mergers and acquisitions. Position Summary The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in our finance department, responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, budget planning, and supporting business unit growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities Isolate key drivers, quantify impacts, forecast implications, integrating cross‑functional knowledge. Analyze financial results, research root causes, develop recommendations with business partners. Manage analysis projects of moderate to high complexity, addressing ambiguous business issues. Provide accurate, timely reports to improve performance. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders: monthly results, monthly forecast, quarterly bank reporting, annual planning. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial plans with strategic objectives. Maintain professional image to clients and vendors, protecting company reputation. Other tasks as needed or assigned. Required Skills And Licensing Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis. Strong analytical skills, ability to work with complex financial data. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Detail‑oriented, high accuracy and organization. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
