If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply todayPosition Summary:The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in our finance department. This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical finance professional who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, budget planning, and supporting the business unit's growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Isolate key drivers, quantify impacts, and forecast implications to the business recognizing how different data points fit together and integrating cross functional knowledge and/or sources.Analyze financial results, research root cause analyses and develop recommendations in collaboration with the business.Manage analysis projects of moderate to high complexity, addressing ambiguous business issues.Provide accurate, timely reports with financial insight to allow business partners to improve performance.Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders including monthly results update, monthly forecast review, quarterly bank reporting, and annual planning process.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.Always present a professional image to clients and vendors and maintain a positive reputation of the companyOther tasks as needed or assignedBenefits Included:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid holidaysPaid vacationRetirement with 3% matchSupplemental InsuranceCompetitive SalaryFully Remote workRequired Skills and Licensing:Bachelor's degree or greater in Finance or other related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysisStrong analytical skills and ability to work with complex financial data.Demonstrated history of excellence in roles characterized by a high level of self-sufficiency and a remarkable ability to consistently meet and exceed deliverables (little need for distinction)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and organization.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
