Own both demand generation and demand capture strategies, ensuring cohesive storytelling and message alignment across the customer journey. Report to the Senior Director of Media & Retention.ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute integrated full‑funnel media strategies that generate brand heat and capture demand at awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.Plan and execute cross‑functional campaigns that align with business objectives, collaborating with creative, marketing, and analytics teams.Partner with media agencies to develop strategic and tactical plans, ensuring timely implementation and optimization.Work with e‑commerce, marketing, creative, buying, and PR to identify optimal content and linking strategies.Manage and optimize upper‑funnel channels: Video & Display (YouTube), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), Paid Influencer, Publisher/Partner Marketing.Manage lower‑funnel channels: Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, and Performance Partnerships.Test new platforms and formats to expand reach, improve engagement, and drive efficiency.Lead creative briefing for full‑funnel campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice, audience insights, and platform best practices.Partner with creative and channel teams to produce assets tailored to each funnel stage; maintain messaging & visual consistency.Facilitate creative reviews and feedback loops to optimize asset performance and storytelling.Define and track KPIs (Brand Lift, engagement, CPA, ROAS, conversion); collaborate with analytics to ensure accurate reporting.Use data to inform creative iterations, media mix decisions, and budget allocations.Build forecasts with Planning and Finance; partner with lifecycle and performance marketing for seamless transitions from awareness to conversion.Mentor junior team members; foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and performance.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.8+ years of experience building media campaigns with multi‑million‑dollar annual budgets.Experience in retail or luxury sectors preferred.Strong understanding of testing and measurement (A/B tests, Brand Lift studies).Creative problem‑solver with strategic thinking and ability to formulate conclusions.Excellent communication, presentation, and follow‑up skills.Ability to build partnerships and collaborate cross‑functionally.Highly organized, multitask, prioritize projects effectively.Experience with media metrics (CPM, CPA, CPC, VTR, engagement KPIs).Strong analytical skills; data‑driven decision making.CompetenciesCourageCreativityCustomer FocusDealing with AmbiguityDrive for ResultsInterpersonal SavvyLearning on the FlyOur Competencies for All People ManagersStrategic AgilityDeveloping Direct Reports and OthersBuilding Effective TeamsCompensation & BenefitsBase Pay: $150,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year.
