Job Description
Entails full time aggressive phone work. Representing debt collection services reps needed to handle incoming / outgoing calls.
Must have the ability to respond to customers professionally representing a law firm. Deal with assisting customers on existing payment plans, setting up new payment plans and account modifications. Must have the professional ability to handle customer complaints while being fully compliant with all legal statutes.
Professional attitude when dealing with frustrated customers. Assisting customers with their questions regarding their debt / account. Some knowledge of banking and basic finance.
A good understanding of mathematics and a good vocabulary are a must.
Team player required in a team player environment. Positive attitude in the workplace. Communicating with colleagues.
Prompt response time and communications when dealing with company accounts.
Detail oriented with process and procedures, record keeping and transactions.
Must be able to handle over 150 calls per day (incoming / outgoing). Must be able to speak clearly and concisely.
Must be comfortable using PCs and can adapt to proprietary software.
Training is provided. Customer service skills are made up of knowledge, tactics, expertise and a complete understanding of the service to make customers satisfied.
High School Diploma
Experience not necessary but preferred with phone support, customer support
