JR UX Designer

Jr- Level | Full-Time | Hybrid


We're looking for a motivated junior UX Designer eager to learn the craft of user-centered design along the CX path. You'll create wireframes and user flows, support research and strategy work, and collaborate with our design team to build thoughtful digital experiences.

This is a growth role—you'll work alongside experienced Design Directors, learn our process, and develop your skills while contributing to real client projects.


What You'll Do:

Wireframing & Information Architecture (Primary Focus)

  • Create clear, well-structured wireframes (low to mid-fidelity) that solve user and business problems
  • Design user flows, site maps, and information architecture documentation
  • Build interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder review
  • Translate research insights into functional wireframe solutions
  • Document interaction patterns, specifications, and requirements
  • Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables

Research & Strategy

  • Assist with user research: interviews, surveys, usability testing
  • Help synthesize findings into insights and user personas
  • Support competitive analysis and journey mapping
  • Participate in stakeholder sessions

Collaboration

  • Work with senior designers to refine and develop your work
  • Participate in client presentations and design critiques
  • Partner with developers on implementation
  • Contribute to design system development

Who You Are

Essential

  • 1+ years of UX design experience (internships, freelance, or self-initiated projects count)
  • Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Portfolio demonstrating solid wireframing skills and UX process
  • Genuine curiosity about user behavior and what makes people tick
  • Strong motivation to learn and grow in UX
  • Clear communication skills
  • Awareness of current UX trends, tools, and industry resources

Recommended Education

  • Degree or certificate in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Coursework or self-directed learning in UX thinking and design principles

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI tools or AI-driven design experiments
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Basic knowledge of research methods or analytics tools
  • UX writing interest
