*Requirements of the LPN:*

● *Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience*

● *BLS (AHA), CRP*

● _Compact license or KY License_

● Pass a Background check / medical test / skill test / drug test

● Two (2) references from work history At least one reference must be from a supervisor.
