Optomi, in partnership with a Premier Client, is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role requires a highly organized and adaptable individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Experience of the Right Candidate:

  • 4–8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams within an enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end project budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience managing 6-10 projects concurrently across diverse domains such as marketing campaigns, web development, and content management.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS); experience with Dscribe is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in using JIRA, with experience in other project management tools like SmartSheet and Clarity PPM.
  • Collaborating with talented professionals across various departments, including marketing, web development, and content management.
  • Background in overseeing projects with budgets of $5M+.
  • Agile and Scrum team experience is highly desirable.


Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:

  • Oversee sustainment projects focused on web platforms, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Manage multiple tasks with quick turnarounds, utilizing strong organizational skills and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements, forecast resource allocations, and assist with project budgeting.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of marketing campaigns and web development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Utilize project management tools effectively to plan, build, and execute projects or roadmaps.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, adapting to changes and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
