Come join our Primary Care team This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients who are seeking day-to-day care. Working in a medical office that provides excellent customer service while focusing on patient-focused care can be incredibly rewarding.

As a part of this team, you would be working alongside Medical Providers, Nurse Practitioners and a team of nurses and medical assistants, collaborating to provide top-notch care to patients. With an average of 100-150 patients seen each day, this role offers a dynamic environment where you can collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive patient care.

One of the exciting aspects of this role is the exposure you would gain to a variety of procedures, including EKGs, urinalysis, diabetic eye exams and more. This hands-on experience would allow you to develop skills and knowledge that can benefit both your professional growth and the well-being of the patients you will be assisting.

This position provides nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. The LPN is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. The LPN delegates nursing tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. This position serves as a resource for other associates. May communicate instructions, do minor scheduling, and inspect work. Does not hire, fire, discipline, promote, demote, transfer, or appraise, but may be consulted by higher management in these areas. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
