We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as an Outpatient LPN in the Pulmonary department. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team.
Job SummaryThis position provides nursing care to patients along the health-illness continuum in diverse healthcare settings. The successful candidate will be accountable for practicing nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing and will delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
Responsibilities- Provides nursing care to patients and families in diverse healthcare settings
- Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Delegates tasks to UAPs using established criteria
- Maintains accurate records and reports
To be considered for this role, you must hold a current license from the State of Ohio and have successfully completed an Ohio Board of Nursing-approved medication course. Basic Life Support certification is also required.
