Muskegon Surgical Associates, PC has been providing surgical care to West Michigan since 1972. We are an independently owned multi-specialty practice consisting of 13 surgeons and approximately 100 employees, and two locations in Muskegon. In July 2024 we are also opening a new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The candidate must be able to multi-task, be organized, and keep records accurately.
Provide top-notch, personable customer service.
Perform scheduling of Office and Surgery appointments.
Must be able to multi-task proficiently, be organized, and keep records accurately.


TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
Medical Administrative assistant degree from an accredited program or a Medical Assistant, (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of medical office/surgery scheduling experience required.
