Job Title: CSV / SAP S/4HANA Validation Lead Consultant (m/f/d) – Remote Flexibility Location: Poland (including a fully remote option) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Company Our client is a leading consulting organization operating across Europe with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in regulated (Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Life Science) environments. With a strong commitment to flexibility and work-life balance, employees can work fully remotely for up to 12 weeks per year. This is not your “typical” consultant role. Your Role As a CSV / SAP S/4HANA Validation Lead Consultant, you will lead validation workstreams in complex, regulated SAP transformation programs. You will collaborate closely with QA, IT, and business stakeholders to define validation strategy, guide compliance decisions, and ensure delivery of GxP-aligned documentation and processes. Key Responsibilities Lead validation workstreams and conduct GxP risk assessments. Define and author Validation Master Plans (VMPs) in alignment with regulatory standards (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11). Represent QA/CSV in steering committees, governance forums, and project meetings. Oversee creation of GxP-compliant documentation and validation deliverables throughout the SAP S/4HANA lifecycle. Support audit readiness and ensure documentation meets regulatory expectations. Provide guidance and enablement to client teams on CSV methodologies and compliance best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal validation frameworks and contribute to thought leadership. Your Profile Significant experience as a CSV Lead / QA Representative on SAP S/4HANA or SAP-centric projects in regulated Life Sciences environments. Strong understanding of validation strategy, regulatory requirements, and GxP processes. Proven experience writing VMPs and producing audit-ready validation documentation. Skilled in conducting risk assessments and ensuring alignment with compliance standards. Demonstrated delivery experience across SAP environments (public cloud, private cloud, on-premise). Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage governance, QA, and regulatory stakeholders. Fluent English; Portuguese is an advantage but not required.
