Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Project Manager for our EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a field management role, with a strong focus on profit and loss responsibility, project planning, and resource management. This position offers significant opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize production schedules.
  • Assess project and resource requirements.
  • Estimate, negotiate, and agree on budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Determine and maintain quality control standards.
  • Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Prepare external and internal reports on job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
  • Support the bidding team on projects and analyze and mitigate risks.
  • Communicate with responsible parties to ensure that quality construction exceeds company standards and utilizes proper industry techniques and processes.
  • Review projects daily to ensure quality construction standards are maintained and estimates remain within budget.
  • Supervise construction projects to ensure timely completion that exceeds customer requirements.
  • Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment, coordinating all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a field management role.
  • Strong experience with profit and loss responsibility.
  • Proven ability to plan and organize production schedules.
  • Experience in estimating, negotiating, and agreeing on budgets and timescales.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Experience in preparing comprehensive reports and documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
