Overview:
CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is seeking a highly motivated Sr. IT Project Manager to join our Ontada Innovation & Technology PMO. This role will manage the OKTA integration initiative, working with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless implementation. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to influence diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead OKTA Integration: Oversee the end-to-end project management for the OKTA integration initiative, ensuring successful deployment and adoption across the organization.
Program Management: Identify requirements, manage stakeholder involvement, mitigate risks, handle dependencies, oversee deliverables, and adjust plans as needed to meet milestones.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to perform work breakdowns, resource identification, and time and complexity estimates.
Objective Clarification: Define and refine program objectives, acceptance criteria, budgets, and work plans with technical teams and leaders.
Communication: Proactively communicate blockers, risks, recommendations, and escalations to leadership and stakeholders to align expectations and meet needs.
Business Alignment: Partner with Product Management teams to accurately represent business objectives and communicate program status in business terms.
Best Practices: Collaborate with other PMs to evolve best practices and contribute positively as a team member.
Requirements:
OKTA Integration Experience: Proven experience managing OKTA integration projects.
Program Management: 10+ years of senior program management experience in fast-paced environments.
Healthcare Industry Experience: 5+ years in the healthcare industry with knowledge of medical business processes, EHR technology, healthcare data, and analytics. Experience with life sciences, data analytics, and third-party vendor integration preferred.
Certifications: Certification and practical experience in Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, and/or PMP.
Education: 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Critical Skills & Experience:
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Okta administration, configuration, SSO, MFA, and directory integration (Active Directory, LDAP).
Organizational Skills: Outstanding organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional customer/stakeholder management abilities.
Listening: Excellent listening skills to understand both spoken and unspoken needs.
Multitasking: Skilled at managing multiple initiatives and work streams in parallel.
Subject Matter Expertise: Independent drive to become an expert in the technologies supported, identifying and rectifying gaps proactively.
Leadership: Natural ability to lead and guide team members to achieve success.
Conflict Resolution: Aptitude for finding common ground and positive outcomes in challenging situations.
Curiosity & Learning: Strong initiative to understand new situations or complex tools, ask thoughtful questions, and seek better ways of working and communicating.
Agile Methodologies: Detailed understanding and experience with Agile program planning and management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Scaled Agile, Kanban).
Technology Tools: Advanced skills with technology-focused program management tools, including Atlassian and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility: Willingness to adjust schedules as needed to meet business requirements.
Work Authorization: Must be able to legally work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorhsip now or anytime in the future
