Preferred Qualifications:12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhDBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years working experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role in public cloud computing.Certifications in cloud computing such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.Strong knowledge of cloud services and cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure, and Google CloudExperience in designing and implementing resilient cloud-based solutions.Experience in designing Public and Hybrid network architectures, VPC, and security group management.Understanding of DevOps principles and tools for CI/CDProficient in scripting languages such as Python and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.Additional InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
