We create delightful surprises and meaningful moments within a safe and caring community.The Executive Director is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the community, including full P&L responsibility, and is involved in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of community life. Developing and maintaining an outstanding team of department heads is a top priority, as is maintaining a high level of customer and staff satisfaction and a safe environment for residents and staff. The Executive Director complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.Preferred BackgroundBachelor’s degreeAdministrator license in SCAt least three years of experience in senior living operations management with a successful history meeting financial goalsThorough knowledge of best practices for employee performance management in keeping with all relevant HR standardsAwareness of issues and trends affecting the industryThorough knowledge of computer systems, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word along with facility using a CRM systemThe Arbor Company, based in Atlanta, GA, manages more than 45 senior living communities in ten states with more in the pipeline.
