Job DescriptionPosted Monday, October 13, 2025 at 4:00 AMTeam environment, newly constructed offices, state of the art technology, and a long standing commitment to our employees and the community are just a few of the reasons to consider joining our teamWe are seeking a highly driven Commercial Litigation Associate with 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation, including but not limited to:Government and Administrative LawGeneral Litigation (Construction, Collection, Contracts, Personal Injury, etc.)Corporate & Business LawBankruptcyContract and Lease Review and InterpretationIn This Role, You Will:Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing.Attend court hearings, depositions, and manage all aspects of client representation both inside and outside the courtroom.Negotiate, review, revise, and draft various types of contracts.Create, analyze, and modify operating documents for legal entities, including corporations, LLCs, and partnerships.Oversee and collaborate with outside counsel.Advise internal clients on a range of legal and business matters.Provide legal advice that considers both legal implications and business needs of the client.Why You’ll Love Working with Us:When you join the Cafaro Company you become part of the Cafaro Team and Family.
