The Role We’re looking for a GTM & Growth Lead who will own and lead Genstore’s go‑to‑market and growth strategy end‑to‑end. You’ll be the point person responsible for how Genstore shows up in the world: how we launch, where we show up, who talks about us, and how fast we grow. You live and breathe social platforms, understand influencer and creator ecosystems, and know how to market AI‑native products to modern founders, sellers, and creators. You’ll start as a hands‑on leader (rolling up your sleeves on content, campaigns, and creator programs) and over time build and lead a small but high‑impact growth team as we scale. This role blends GTM strategy, social & influencer‑led growth, community, and experimentation. What You’ll Do Lead Genstore’s GTM & growth strategy across social, creator, influencer, and community channels. Own the end‑to‑end GTM playbook — from early beta launches to scaled public rollouts. Design and lead creator and influencer programs (from micro‑creators to larger partnerships) that drive awareness, installs, and usage. Own social presence and narrative across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn. Craft and oversee viral‑ready content that showcases how AI agents can run a store end‑to‑end. Build and lead our early adopter and community motion (Discord, Reddit, private founder groups, waitlists, live sessions, challenges). Partner with Product, Data, and Founders to define growth loops, share loops, and retention strategies. Lead cross‑functional launch planning (positioning, landing pages, social, creator briefs, PR hooks, launch calendars). Set, track, and report on key growth metrics (activation, retention, CAC, LTV, virality, referral) and refine strategy based on insights. Over time, hire and lead a small team across growth, community, and/or social as scale requires. What We’re Looking For 5–7 years of experience in GTM, growth, or marketing at fast‑moving startups (ideally in AI, e‑commerce, creator tools, or consumer apps). Proven track record leading growth initiatives or owning GTM for new product launches. Deep understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and influencer marketing — you know how to find, pitch, and scale with creators. Experience marketing AI‑native or tech products to non‑technical audiences. Strong storytelling skills — able to turn complex AI and automation into simple, compelling narratives. Data‑driven and experiment‑obsessed: you design tests, measure impact, and double down on what works. Comfortable leading cross‑functional workstreams and influencing stakeholders. Hands‑on with content and growth tools (e.g., CapCut, Figma/Canva, Notion, HeyGen, analytics dashboards). Bonus: experience in e‑commerce, DTC, TikTok Shop ecosystems, or running ambassador/affiliate programs; Can understand/speak in Mandarin.
